Tentative bookings will be held for a maximum of seven days (unless alternative arrangements are made) and will be considered cancelled if not confirmed with a deposit.

To confirm your booking we will require a deposit of $1000.00 along with receipt of the signed Booking Agreement.

If the event is cancelled 30 days prior to the confirmed function date, no cancellation fee will apply and the deposit and any other payment made will be returned.

If the event is cancelled 14 to 30 days prior to the confirmed function date, half of the deposit and any other payment will be refunded.

If your function is cancelled within 14 days of the confirmed function date no deposit is refundable.

The guaranteed minimum number of guests attending the event is required 7 days prior to your event. Increases can be submitted by 12 noon, 3 working days prior to the event. This is the number you will be charged for.

An invoice will be prepared based on the minimum number. Final payment for the event shall be made by the client by cash or bank cheque, credit card on the day.

* Wedding Receptions - Full payment for your function is required 3 days prior to the event.

A $1000.00 venue hire applies for all weddings and corporate Events of less than 60 guests booked Monday- Saturday evening, or Sundays-Lunch or Dinner. This ensures the venue is exclusively yours for the night and the Restaurant is closed to the public.

*Numbers greater than 60 the venue fee is wavered

Gianni’s Restaurant applies the following minimum spends and venue charges.

NOTE: If your agreed quote with the above minimum spend changes, the venue has the right to reallocate your function room and change the pricing structure of your event to meet with the changed minimum spends.

In providing you with the highest quality seasonal produce, our menus and prices may change from those originally selected. Should the menu you have selected no longer be available, your Function Coordinator will contact you to discuss an alternative selection.

GST has been included in all prices listed on your documents.

Your booking has been made with a starting time and a closing time. This agreement acknowledges the event duration shall not be extended unless otherwise arranged with us.

Health Regulations mean that no B.Y.O. of food is permitted with the exception of celebration cakes sourced from a professional kitchen.

Gianni Restaurant has available for hire for your function such items as microphone, data projector, large screen, and lectern. If you are making your own arrangements please ensure the hire company contacts us directly to arrange access to the room for set-up.

Gianni’s Restaurant is very pleased to offer a list of professional who are well recommended in Brisbane to assist you. However if you wish to bring your own entertainment, please check with our team to approve, prior to booking your event, to guaranty the level of services is in alignment with the rank of distinction offered by our venue.

This agreement indemnifies Gianni’s Restaurant (its staff, agents and contracts) from and against all liabilities, damage and claims due to, or accidental to, the conduct and security of event guests, and any property loss or damaged to event guests.

Gianni’s Restaurant will ensure that every care is taken when looking after our guests and their possessions; however, we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage of items before, during and after an event.

The venue provides public liability insurance to $20 million to cover our guests who could suffer accidental personal injury on the premises.
